The worse ever
HCP Does not Resolve ANY GrievanceS EVER!
Nothing has changed. I never get resolution notices as they said I would.
I never get call back from the Health Navigator as promised. I sent in receipts, and bank statements, as requested twice by fax, to get refunded my inoculation shots, $3.70, and they can't find anyone to help me. My notes on the phone calls is extensive. I repeatedly ask for help and get hung up on, or told no one is available in the middle of business hours.
I have wasted 2 years calling and trying to work within their system. I guess LA Care and HCP doesn't care about the individual. When I DO get someone on the line, they are flippant and condescending, to the point of arrogance. "Oh, we're trying to help you".
13 Complaint and no resolutions or even responses??
And they HAVE my contact info. In December, I will be moving to another Health Care company, and will be writing this up on Yelp and any other listing service I can find.

The plast is very toxic staff fighting and a lot are quoting
