Very bad place to work

Please any RN's planning to work for DaVita chronic units check that the Facility Administrator is a nurse, so that RN's will get some support as a nurse. What I experienced in DaVita hire FA's any where from the street, this is the most prestigious job they ever have, what they told by the higher authority look for the numbers, there is no staff to work or send the staff early, very bad patient care. I had an experience in one of unit patient aspirated for 25 minutes, no staffs were watching the patient, for eight patient two techs, they were busy taking care of patients, there is no RN in charge (when FA send employees home, I am sure RN's does not want to be a PCT, so RN's leave unit early), the long story short patient died in the unit due to aspiration. Those who have RN license be careful to work for this company. Pay is very low compare to other health care field, benefits are horrible, I suggest, better work in McDonald's or wall mart. I know one thing that average stay of an RN in DaVita is one year or less.
